Description

Following on from the demolition and service disconnection of 4nr derelict Airey houses and 6nr garages, we cleared site and proceeded with the design and construction of 9nr new timber framed dwellings.

 

The dwellings were constructed to meet Code for Sustainable Homes level 4 and meet the criteria of Lifetime Homes. This was achieved utilising increased u values alongside air source heat pumps with photovoltaic panels.
