One to Five bedroom housing in Station Road

Description

On the outskirts of the village we designed and built 8nr dwellings for affordable rent. We had to construct outside of the sugar beat season to undertake the highways drainage works due to the close proximity of the sugar beat factory.

 

The dwellings consisted of 2nr 1 bed 2 person, 3nr 2 bed 4 person and 3nr 3 bed 5 person houses, to meet Level 3 of Code for Sustainable Homes utilising air source heat pumps with traditional radiators.
