Using traditional building techniques using polished Lignacite blocks to the exterior and Sanparrel and Altro Whiterock to internal walls to provide a robust and durable finish for the public spaces. A new electrical sub-station was needed due to the extensive electrical requirements for this facility along with data and a mechanical exhaust extract system situated beneath the passing vehicles to provide a seamless experience for the customer.
