Alterations to the existing warehouse premises including demolition of existing outbuildings, internal walls and external roof and wall cladding.
We increased the height of the main building with new steel stanchions, rafters and associated additional bracing. New roof and wall cladding was then installed to the adjusted frame complete with new roller shutter doors. Vehicle inspection pits along with dock levellers were also incorporated in the scheme.
