Brooks & Wood Ltd are delighted to announce we shall be commencing works on The Cornhill Re-Development in Ipswich Town Centre on Monday 29th January 2018.
The works comprise of the removal and replacement of paved surface areas, balustrades and steps, seating, landscaping, drainage, service diversions, new MEP installations, feature lighting, contemporary sculpture and water feature.
Works valued at £2.8million are due to be complete by the end of October 2018.
