Works comprised of the demolition of the existing steel grain silos then the complete restoration of the existing timber barns into a leisure complex and spa, incorporating gymnasium, changing rooms, swimming pool, jacuzzi, steam room and sauna.
A new access track with external parking and patio areas were also provided together with a new single storey link building, providing café, reception and treatment rooms.
